1. Information We Collect

EasyLinkAI collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.

• Account information: Email address, password hash, registration date, and service plan
• Social login: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store only the unique ID from that provider
• Service usage: Free Core or Pro entitlement state, legacy trial timestamps where applicable, registered computer records, and active computer state
• Room and message data: Room membership, invites, message text, Agent replies, system events, permission request status, sender IDs, room IDs, and timestamps used for room history and shared Agent rooms
• Attachment metadata: File name, size, type, and user note when you send a photo or file. File contents are relayed to your connected computer but are not stored as room history.
• Device push tokens: Stored only if you enable Agent notifications
• Subscription status: Store product, entitlement, and renewal status needed to unlock paid features. Payment card details are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Payment card information
• Precise location data
• Files, logs, or AI Agent history stored on your own computer
• Uploaded file contents as durable server-side room history

3. How We Use Your Information

• Account registration, login, and authentication
• Managing Free Core access, Pro subscriptions, paid entitlements, and legacy trial transitions
• Routing messages between your phone, shared rooms, and your connected computer bridge
• Showing room history to room members and restoring pending approval requests
• Sending Agent task, failure, online/offline, and approval-request notifications if you opt in
• Responding to service issues and maintaining security

4. Data Retention

Account information is retained until you delete your account. Room messages and room metadata are retained while the room remains active so that room history and shared-room sync can work. When you delete your account, EasyLinkAI removes your account data, your owned rooms, related room data, push tokens, and messages sent by your account. Valid deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Local chat history stored on your phone can be deleted directly from the app or by uninstalling the app.

5. Third-Party Sharing

EasyLinkAI does not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• Google LLC for authentication when using Google Sign-In (only the login unique ID is shared)
• Apple Inc. for authentication when using Apple Sign-In (only the login unique ID is shared)
• Google AdMob for displaying ads to eligible Free Core users
• RevenueCat, Google Play, and the Apple App Store for subscription entitlement and purchase status processing
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for push notification delivery if you enable Agent notifications

6. Security

• All communication is encrypted using HTTPS / WSS (WebSocket Secure)
• Passwords are stored using the bcrypt hashing algorithm
• Your home computer bridge is connected via a reverse tunnel — it is never directly exposed to the internet

7. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data

8. Advertising (Free Core)

Eligible Free Core users may see app-open or interstitial ads served by Google AdMob at app launch or before an Agent session begins. EasyLinkAI does not place ads inside AI conversations. Pro subscribers do not receive ads.

9. Policy Changes

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or by updating this page before the change takes effect.
