📌 Key point: EasyLinkAI is a relay and control platform that connects your mobile device to an AI Agent on your computer. AI output and computer actions are produced by the Agent and model software on that computer.

1. What EasyLinkAI Is

EasyLinkAI ("the Service") provides mobile and desktop interfaces, a relay, and connector software that link supported AI Agent software on your computer with your mobile device over the internet.

The Service may help install or configure supported components and may relay structured approval requests. Third-party Agent, model, and tool software remains subject to its own terms and behavior.

2. AI Agent Disclaimer

EasyLinkAI is not responsible for the AI agent software you install and operate on your own computer (including but not limited to Hermes, OpenClaw, Ollama, LM Studio, or any other third-party software).

The following are entirely your own responsibility:

Malfunctions, unexpected behavior, or abnormal responses from your AI agent
Any actions performed by your AI agent on your files, systems, or data
Inaccurate, harmful, or offensive content generated by your AI agent
Security vulnerabilities in your AI agent software
Unintended commands or actions executed by your AI agent

💡 EasyLinkAI may store room messages for room history and synchronization as described in the Privacy Policy. Approval and stop controls help you supervise supported Agent actions, but they do not guarantee that third-party Agent or model software will behave safely or correctly.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.
Each account may only be used by one individual.
You may not use the Service for illegal purposes.
You may not use the Service to harm others.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Core remains available without a paid subscription and includes the Free Core features described in the app.
Pro features, including higher computer limits and supported voice or attachment features, require an active subscription or other valid entitlement.
Eligible Free Core users may receive ads; Pro subscribers do not receive ads.
Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Service Availability

EasyLinkAI strives to keep the Service available, but is not liable for interruptions caused by:

Server maintenance, updates, or outages
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, power failures, or network failures
Issues with your internet connection or device

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the EasyLinkAI service — including its design, code, brand, and content — belong to EasyLinkAI. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Account Termination

Accounts may be terminated without prior notice for violations of these Terms. Users may delete their own accounts at any time without reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyLinkAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. EasyLinkAI's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

If these Terms change, we will notify you via in-app notice or this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
